What is the Co-Op Approach?

All of our Co-Op groups are based on Six (6) participating/host companies, and include Six (6) facilitated teaching sessions along with Six (6) in depth facility tours, and  finally each member of the co-op will participate in six (6) thirty minute one-on-one coaching sessions throughout the year to validate understanding and personalize the content.

By the end of the Co-op each member will walk away with a deep understanding and practical practice of the subject matter, a handy workbook and manual organized by topic for quick review in any situation, and the take-aways from 5 other plant tours.

​

All of this is a tremendous value, but built into this learning style is one more advantage that is truly invaluable...the building and creation of a network!  This has potential to serve your employee(s) and consequently your business for many years to come.
